Upon arrival to room, there was a cleaning person still there. They told us the room was still not ready, even though it was one hour after check in time, so we had to wait around until it was done.

Breakfast could have been better - had to take food to room no place to sit very limited.

Very adequate for my needs--ease to get to early plane.

I should have looked closer to see that this was a 1 star motel. Would not go back.

I needed a cheap place to crash for one night. The room was comfortable and clean, other than long strands of hair on the shower wall. It must have just been something that was overlooked by housekeeping. The TV had two remotes, and I couldn't figure out how to get the cable to work. I ended up with local programming, having to choose between infomercials, documentaries, or Jerry Springer. Without Sports center, I turned in early. However, free WiFi is not to be understated. Many 2 and 3 star hotels in the area (La Quinta, Holiday Inn) offer free internet, but they make you connect to via cable, which, while similar, is not as good. However, the rooms face and border the parking lot (as opposed to having inside doors), so if you are a light sleeper, this could be an issue. ...read more

when we arrived the person at the lobbey was not very greetable. i had reserved a king size bed and he said they give those rooms to other guest, that they had a double bed room.....since we was tried we said okay! He gave me the key we go to the room, it has not been clean yet.....bed all mess up and dirty. so I go infom him of that and gives me the next one to that one....but he tells me the phone does not work.....then around 1 or 2 in the morning the guest from up above my room start to talk very loud and walking and of you can hear and fell all the noies that lasted about 1 hr. so no i will not be returning or recommending that hotel. Convenient, shuttle access, low price, clean.

The manager was very helpful and extended friendly, professional assistance. I was earlier than the 2pm check in time , but he worked to get me a room of my choice right away. He also offered coupons for a discounted meal at the nearby Hunter restaurant. The hotel is very conveniently located close to SFO. I would definitely stay there again. ...read more
